• Agrex Inc is a full-service commodity trading company, trading grains, oilseeds, oils, feed ingredients, food ingredients - handling everything from origination and marketing to financing, logistics and vessel chartering for its customers worldwide. Agrex is a leading U.S. grain exporter. Eighty percent of Agrex sales are to international markets including Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Mexico.

• The company, Agrex Inc., is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas and has a west coast office in Portland, Oregon. The company owns two, and leases two, terminal grain facilities in Nebraska. These facilities supply grain to the U.S. domestic market, Mexican market, and Pacific Rim markets. The company also owns a hay processing plant in Moses Lake, WA which is a hay cubing and bale compressing plant servicing mainly export markets worldwide and some U.S. domestic markets.

• Agrex Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi. 90% owned by the Mitsubishi Corporation, Tokyo, Japan and 10% owned by Mitsubishi International Corporation, New York. The company’s strength is in its alliance with Mitsubishi and its’ world wide network of overseas offices located in more than seventy-five countries providing market information, support, and numerous trade opportunities.

• FGDI, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Agrex Inc. FGDI runs several elevators and an export facility on the Gulf Coast. FGDI has one of the largest farmer’s cooperatives, providing access to large networks of producers in the U.S. markets. Agrex also has minority holdings with an export grain facility located in the Pacific Northwest, Kalama Export Company (“KEC”).

• Agrex has also established its own producer network with several grain trading companies and cooperatives. Currently Agrex and Double T Trading, an Oklahoma cross country trading office, are working together to match Agrex origination facilities with Double T destination homes bringing synergy's to both organizations. With these numerous sources of information and affiliations in both the domestic and overseas markets, Agrex provides a wide range of agriculture commodities to world markets. These networks and services enable Agrex to maintain a strong position in the agriculture trading market.
